我是许珍。我原籍是中国广西桂林。我持有新加坡学期教育——华文教学大专文凭。我在新加坡从事学前教育已经有八年了。 记得小的时候我曾经有三个愿望，其中之一就是成为一个老师。 那时我就很喜欢趁着课室没人的时候，站在讲台上，模仿我的老师给学生上课。 在新加坡能有机会，成为学前教育专业华文教师，我感到很高兴——我的愿望实现了！ 我喜欢和天真活泼的孩子在一起，教导他们，和他们做知心朋友。 无论他们学会认读一个字，会念一首儿歌，还是会写简单的笔画，我都会有很大的满足感和成就感。 我觉得最大的收获就是：有时孩子会用甜甜的.稚嫩的声音说：老师——我喜欢你！ 许珍老师
Since young, I have always enjoyed playing with little children. I loved to be immersed in their laughter and innocence. A few years ago, I started serving in my church children’s ministry whereby I got the chance to teach them to sing hymns. It has been an enriching learning experience for me. From then, I prayed to God for directions regarding my career path. Initially, I joined Chen Li Kindergarten as an assistant teacher. Soon, I was sent to study for the Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education. It has been fruitful and interesting, as I get to apply my knowledge into teaching. Recently, I have attained my diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education. It spurred me to a greater height in being an educator. I realized that each and every child is unique in his or her own way, thus, it is crucial to ensure that I give the space and time for each child to develop appropriately at their own pace during his or her learning journey. It is also important to incorporate play in children’s learning as play is learning for young children.
Hi, I am Grace, the Teacher's Aide. Although I have just joined Chen Li recently, I truly enjoy my work. The children that I work with are a blessing to me. They brighten my day with their smiles and laughter. It is such a joy to see the sparkles in their eyes when they learn or discover new things. I am thankful for the opportunity to work alongside with the teachers to help nurture these little ones and see them blossom in their own ways.
I started my career as a preschool teacher in year 2004. Through out my years of working with children, I have learnt to appreciate that every child is different. Each child has his or her potential that can be developed to its fullest, given the right environment and guidance of a passionate and supportive adult. The children of today will be the adults and leaders of tomorrow. Therefore, as a preschool teacher, I see myself as the gardener of tomorrow who plays a part to nurture and prune every seedling with care, and look forward to its blossom. The outcome will be a landscape of diverse plants, each with its own strengths and potential. My passion is also to teach and guide them in the ways of God so that they will grow up to be responsible leaders with good moral standing, and who will glorify God in all their ways.
The early years are a critical phase of a child’s life and it is a pleasure and privilege to play a role in shaping the lives of young children during these formative years. Children need loving and caring teachers to support and inspire them as they discover the wonders of the world around them. It has always been my aspiration as an early childhood educator to nurture the children in my care to delight in learning and to be caring, confident and joyful individuals who can make a difference in the world around them.
大家好！我是马老师，从事幼教工作二十多年，我觉得身为幼教老师，要有爱心和耐心和小朋友一起完成学习和游戏，并在生活上主动关心和帮助他们，不仅仅教会小朋友学习课本上的知识，同时也要培养他们的兴趣。 我今年五月加入真理幼稚园成为助理老师，负责协助和照顾幼儿班和豆豆班。小班幼儿年纪小，身体素质不稳定，生活自理能力也有待进步，需要老师的悉心照顾，所以保育工作显得格外重要，我会尽心尽力做好班上的环境卫生工作，让幼儿有一个清洁、卫生、优美的学习环境，能够活泼、健康的成长。 谢谢！
I believe early childhood is the period of the 'golden' years. A lot of excitement takes place in their learning journey. Therefore, moulding a child's future starts here. Every child should be given the opportunity to explore the world. The child's social and emotional development must be given as much focus. A good educator plays a significant role as the facilitator to develop holistic children and prepare them well for a challenging future ahead. My goal is to provide a safe, fun and nurturing environment which promotes a broad spectrum of support for the child's physical ,social, emotional and cognitive development.
A child learns best when they enjoy the learning process. The curriculum should be designed around and directed at the child. The focus of the classroom should be inclusive and encourage creativity, not just the results. I recognise that each child is unique and has the light to express his or her ideas through music and movement, art, dance or play. Every child learns best through meaningful play, as it focuses on building confidence in social, emotional and intellectual skills.
