Balancing exercise:

Raise heels, followed by raising hands, standing with single leg, push-up with straight body.

 

Flexibility exercise:

Press legs, bend the waist

 

Physical fitness:

Stomach muscle 5 times, back muscle 5 times, jump on the spot 5 times.

 

Jumping exercise:

Star jump, jump with bent legs, Jump down from the cylinder (straight legs), 3 rabbit jumps.

 

Skill training:

Forward roll, shoulder stand


K1

 

Balancing exercise:

Raise heels, followed by raising hands, standing with single leg (bent leg + straight leg), push-up with body straight.

 

Flexibility exercise:

Press leg (forward, sideward, and backward), bend the waist.

 

Physical fitness:

Stomach muscle 10 times, back muscle 10 times, jump on the spot 10 times.

 

Jumping exercise:

Star jump, jump with bent legs, jump to and From with straight legs, jump from the cylinder (straight and bent legs), 3 rabbit jumps, and jump with straight legs on the trampoline.

 

Skill training:

Forward and backward roll, shoulder stand


K2

 

Balancing exercise:

Raise heels, followed by raising hands, standing with single leg (bent leg + straight leg), push-up with straight body.

 

Flexibility exercise:

Stretch down with the leg forward, sideward, and backward, bend down the waist.

 

Physical fitness:

Stomach muscle 15 times, back muscle 15 times, jump on the spot 15 times, push-up 5 times.

 

Jumping exercise:

Star jump, jump with the legs bent, jump to and from with straight legs, jump from the cylinder (straight and bent legs), rabbit jump, and jump on the trampoline with straight and bent legs.

 

Skill training:

Forward (continuous), backward and sideward roll, shoulder stand, hand stand.
